Ugh! I spent an hour with it before uninstalling it. I wish I had read Andreea's very thorough review before giving it a go. It created ancillary issues with my PC in addition to its odd performance anomaly. I'm a fan of Firefox and depend on it for browsing, but their VPN needs work before anyone else spends money for it.
Hides IP Address; easy to set up on Windows but doesn't work easily on most Linux platforms. They say they don't store logs but they obviously do because traffic was spied on while using the platform with and the user's IP addresses were exposed. The point of using a VPN is that the user is anonymous but since they store logs and are willing to give them up when subpoenaed, they don't keep users anonymous.
Mozilla VPN doesn’t work with the new T-Mobile Home Network. I used servers in the USA and Austria non-will connect with acceptable speeds for live streaming. After 4 months of using it with my Cox Internet and having acceptable download speeds I will discontinue using it since T-Mobile home Network is about twice as fast as my existing Cox Internet and only $50/month.
