This site seem to be running by 1 person and they don't care about support. They took my money and after 2 days i wanted a refund cause my stuff wasn't working and no support. Fraud, don't use it. Portal is really difficult to use. I had to call 3rd party company to stop charges on my card and they never refunded that money back. Stay away from this site.
I really like Myip services. I am using Myip from last three years. Tried them after I gave up on a few free services. I'm using their VPN on Android, and Desktop, App is really easy to use! They have great support too.. Cheers!
When it works it works. They were the only company offering open ports on a vpn. Connection a little flaky. Needs reconnecting at least once a day. Support will sometimes reply in a week or two if you are lucky. Paypal double paid them. Paypal sided with these scammers. They will never give you a refund. I cancelled. They now have $140 of mine for a $70 service I don't even have. They have ignored all support tickets, emails and phone calls.
