I received a support email suggesting that their service is not working well so that we should instead download a free software Tunnelblick and do a work around that way. This is unacceptable however I've spent hours trying to work around this to no success. I expect it just to work 100% of the time. 1 year ago I would recommend this software, but as of March 2018, I no longer recommend it. 1 star = it doesn't work
I like VPN.ht. They used to provide VPN for Popcorn time exclusively. When that ran into ethical issues they ponied up. The guy running the show really knows what he is doing. Fair price. Solid cloaking, has never failed to connect. When I did have issues I had them resolved in less than a few hours.

I have used this service for 2 years and never had a problem, I can config openvpn like I want, and I can Always stand in top of updates and new options, no limit traffic and no logs. Support answered very quick and efficiently.
