Their VPN used to be okay, but now the system does not work for certain major US sites. I emailed customer support about this last week, and they did respond to my email and said they would work on it, but frankly they have been working on it for almost a week and the VPN still doesn't work. What is it I am paying for? I have since signed up with a different VPN provider and frankly am super thrilled with it. The money I already spent for a subscription to Unblock-Us is wasted but I would rather get something than have nothing... Unblock-Us, good luck in getting your service up to speed again.
